The Elaboration Convention between UNCJR and FDA (French Department Assembly)

The signing ceremony of the new Elaboration Convention between UNCJR and the French Departments Assembly (FDA) took place in Buxelles, on the 10th of October 2007. The representative for UNCJR was the General Secretary of the organization, Mr. Doru Laurian Badulescu (President of the Ilfov County Council). As with regard to the FDA, it was represented by Mr. Jean-Louis Destans (President of the General Council of the Eure Department).
         Through the signing of this convention a better cooperation is intended, between the local communities at a county/department level and the improvement of their collaboration with the European institutions.
